We saw a lot less EP’s in 2011 but what we lacked in quantity we made up for in quality. This short list was filled with top notch releases but one stood out as the winner. Jurny Big and Peace 586 made a triumphant return to the game as The Battery.
This 5 song EP was laced with lyrics for DAYS and beats that kept your head nodding until the wee hours of the night. If anyone had doubts that these veterans still had it in them…this EP put all of those doubts to rest.
