Shot during Playdough’s recent European tour, “Cash Rules Everything” is the latest single from the album “Writer Dye: Deux or Die”. The visuals compliment the song’s depth with moody, wooded scenes, rivers and graveyards to a 14th Century Church. Playdough reinterprets the late Johnny Cash’s “Ain’t No Grave” and Hip-Hop never looked so beautiful.
The songs good, video is good. But come on, you could not sync the mouth with the song better? There are a lot of parts where his mouthing did not feel real at all…
Rafal – Yeah, that’s a pet peeve of mine as well. The way YouTube processes videos will sometimes throw off the sync. I’ve seen it happen on stuff I’ve done in the past.
