After a seven year hiatus, DJ Rhino and YSG Timothy have reconnected to release the 2 Man Game II: Run It Back project in connection with the HipHopeMusicMovement (formerly YSG Records & Entertainment) on March 22, 2011.
In anticipation of the DJ & MC duo’s upcoming release, the original 2 Man Game Mixtape (2004) is available for FREE download through February 9th, 2011.
The 2 Man Game is a conceptual hip hop project built around the metaphor and imagery of the game of basketball. DJ Rhino and YSG Timothy creatively utilize beats, rhymes, mixing, cuts, and samples as they work their way from the pregame to the post-game. 2 Man Game II: Run It Back builds on the former while pushing forward artistically in hip hop.

If memory serves me correctly, the cover art was done in color pencil and pen. The same cat did “It’s Time” and then my “Wanted” mixtape artwork.
