Sphere of Hip Hop

It’s been a busy 13 months for Heath McNease. in May of 2010 he released two albums in the same week. The lyrically dense jambalaya of acoustic/blues/folk/progressive underground hip hop that he is known for was exhibited with The Gun Show and the starker and sometimes poppy acoustic effort Shine On accompanied it. In February of this year he released his most polished effort to date with The House Always Wins which debuted at #9 on the iTunes “Singer/Songwriter” charts.

This summer Heath is back with his first mixtape endeavor, Straight Outta Console: The Nintendo Thumb Mixtape which was produced exclusively by ForBeatsSake. But before it drops in early July… Heath (ever the altruistic lab rat) is going to be doing a giveaway.

Heath is giving away his album The House Always Wins for free download exclusively on Sphere of Hip Hop in hopes of generating more word of mouth for his acoustic endeavors as well as raising awarness for his upcoming mixtape.
